I touched up my white hood and it wasn't the best looker up close, but thats only because I had quite a few rock chips that had gotten pretty big by the time I got to them. WebYou can make an improvement it with a touch up brush from the dealer but to make it look like new it will require light body work and paint. This isn’t a brand brand new Honda so I’m surprised this is the only chip. I recommend just living with the touch up brush becauee more chips will happen if the car is driven often.

If you don't want to ruin the OEM look of the paint (and this is what I recommend personally), you can carefully sand/scrape the rust out of that spot, hit it with some rust converter, and paint over with a touch up pen.
