WebI had enabled Storage I/O Control on the datastores and now I cannot remove them. The errors received is: Call "HostDatastoreSystem.RemoveDatastore" for object "datastoreSystem-580" on vCenter Server "VCENTER1" failed. Cannot remove datastore 'ramdisk' because Storage I/O Control is enabled on it. Correct it and re-try the operation WebIm trying to remove a datastore and I keep getting a file system is busy. Ive tried restarting the box and also deleted all files/folders on it. Is there any way to force it or anything? Its on a external drive and I dont care about the data on the external drive at all. I would DBAN it . I just want to get the datastore off the host correctly.
