WebRegular slayers are more cost effective and better vs infantry. Giantlsayers are much better vs large. I usually use them on the deep flanks to face cav. They do take massive casualties but the +30% replenishment skill takes care of that and they annihilate the cav in seconds. Then they are free to flank the infantry.
