WebSo I've been using RPCS3 for a little over 6 weeks now, using it to play Dante's inferno and pretty much all God of War titles. Problem is, that the very last title - God of War 3 - refuses to boot. I get: "Booting failed. The selected file or folder is invalid or corrupt."

(follow by the location where i have the game's files, with " error=Invalid file or folde" at the end). The game seems to start without problem but right before it gets to the menu screen it crashes leaving that messege.

WebMay 28, 2024 · This only happens on God of War 3 and God of War Origins Collection (both Ghost of Sparta and Chains of Olympus respectfully) as far as I am aware. I tested 2 other games them being DBZ Battle of Z which booted and worked fine and the normal God of War Collection (I tested both God of War 1 and 2 respectfully and both worked fine).
