WebActually I beg to differ regarding the part about Luk Mages catching up with Lukless. At level 110, a naked Lukless Mage would have a max of 563 Int. At level 110, a naked Luk Mage would have a max of 454 Int. A clean wooden wand has 25 MA. 25 + 563 = 588. A clean dragon wand has 125 MA. 125 + 454 = 579.

The thing is that the speed difference is so little that it really doesn't matter which you get. Only reason you'd pick a wand over Staff is for more crit rate, that's it.
